Administration Director

Mr. Sithembire Dunda is an accomplished Administration, Human Resources, Procurement and Facilities management professional with over 14 years of work experience in the Education and Health Sectors. This experience has been in both Public and Not for profit organizations in Malawi.

He is a holder of a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) obtained from East and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI-Tanzania) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration obtained from the University of Malawi- Chancellor College. In addition to this, he also holds a Diploma in Procurement and Supply from Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. Sithembire is a member of the Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM) and Malawi Institute of Procurement and Supply (MIPS). Sithembire is also one of the few facilities management professionals in Malawi, having been certified as a Facilities Manager by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) -USA.  

In 2014, Sithembire was awarded a Baylor College of Medicine International Pediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI) Network Facilities Management Program Award for outstanding efforts in the area of health facilities preventative maintenance work. He was also the project manager for a public-private-partnership with the Malawi Ministry of Health and Baylor-Malawi which saw Texas Children’s Hospital -Global Women’s Health Program construct a maternal and neonatal care facility at the Area 25 Health Centre in Lilongwe.
