The Lighthouse offers a Continum of Care to its clients, caring for them from initial testing, through periods of illness, through to palliative care at the end of life. Integrated services will ensure referrals are straightforward, and clients move easily from Lighthouse HIV Testing and Counseling (HTC) to Clinic to Hospital to Home Based Care (HBC). Lighthouse staff will work together to share skills, building clinical skills in HBC, or counseling skills in the clinic.
